The answer to: how much does it cost to buy sex with a girl in the Amsterdam red light district in 2014 should be straight forward, but it isn't. And maybe it is the wrong question. For the last few years the price quoted at the window has generally been €50; and it has been the same price for a gorgeous girl and a very plain girl. However, some girls seeking a financial edge have either quoted a lower figure or have eventually negotiated a lower figure. Some girls would start at €40, and a few would come down to €30 (depending upon business and the time of day and the street). Generally, however, the girls (and I use the term loosely) hold the line on price.
OK, if an older woman is your thing and she is on the main canal, you can try any price you like. If you are in Mollensteeg a request for €50 translates fairly easily into €40. If she asks for €40, you might reasonably suggest €30. Having said that, you do get what you pay for, and that is usually in terms of how pretty she is.

The time for the resulting consensual sex to take place is usually understood to be fifteen minutes. But some girls will offer twenty minutes. However, most girls will be working on the understanding that the fifteen minutes (or twenty minutes) includes undressing and dressing time. So what a client gets for his money starts to vary as soon as he crosses the threshold (and, presumably, how quickly he undresses).

And if he hasn't asked the right questions at the door (like what do I get for €50), the client might be faced with a request for an additional eye-watering fifty euros (or whatever) to progress from fellatio to penetrative sex, the bruising softened by the advice that, "A lot of the girls do it, darling." Having said that, it's hard to get it right, and some girls simply tell you what you want to hear in order to get you through the door. A promise of suck and fuck can usually be relied upon to be just that, but the suck might turn out (in the worst case scenario) to be a wank with barely any oral contact and the fuck might turn out to be her on top with barely any vaginal penetration.
One scam to emerge in 2014 is this: the guy asks how much and what will it buy. The answer is, "Blowjob and sex, €50." However, when the guy suggests progressing it to the penetrative sex she claims, "No, I said blowjob, hand sex, €50." The occasions where it was reported were with girls who claimed to be Russian.
Scammers and bad apples seem to be in a minority but they do exist, and one wonders why they are in the business at all.

As for the promise of positions (note the plural), she might forget about that as soon as he is through the door. She might give him a choice of positions, she might choose for him. Usually, girls can be persuaded that two positions is fair (in fact, for many it's not even a discussion point), some will do more and others will insist that he has only paid for sex in one position and that more positions will cost additional euros. This might be an extra twenty euros, an extra thirty or even fifty - but having talked you into paying for more positions (say, €50), you might talk her into an additional fifteen minutes to go with it.
As for touching, the price can include touching her genitals, her breasts and a variety of erogenous zones (including her arse). On the other hand it might exclude all of these (and her hair). She may let the client explore her freely, she might sell off every last bit of her body in multiples of ten euros. She might allow him to take her breasts in his mouth, feel between her legs, or even slip fingers inside her (not usually an expectation on a first date). She might also expressly forbid any of these - at any price.
The expectation should be that she will slip out of her bikini (top and bottom) once the client has handed over the fee, and while he is slipping out of all those clothes that are taking up the dressing and undressing time. But she might not. She may take off the bikini bottoms but not the top (that's more euros), she may take off neither, simply pulling the crotch of her pants to the side (or down) at the appropriate moment in order to meet her contractual obligation to have penetrative sex.
I'm trying to paint an accurate picture but a re-read of the above gives the impression that the contract is fraught with problems. So I'll clarify; most of the time a client can expect to have a couple of minutes of fellatio and a few minutes of vaginal penetration in two positions (commonly doggy and missionary). Most girls will accommodate a variation on this; for example, the cowgirl position instead of one of the others. In practical terms more positions does require more time so another fifty euros for another fifteen minutes seems fair. Some of the girls are like travel agents and insurance firms in that they will try to sell their clients extras, although they are less likely to cold-call than the latter. Having thought about it, knocking on the window as you pass is a kind of cold calling! They will usually try to sell 'more time' in multiples of fifty euros. To a trained ear it doesn't sound inviting. It's best to know what you want and ask for it. Some girls habitually try to sell extras, almost from the moment that you walk through the door. This is referred to as up-selling and frequent visitors tend to be negative about the technique. A useful state of mind is this: if the first fifteen minutes goes well, I would be interested in a further fifteen minutes. Some girls will allow the client to perform cunnilingus (or take part in 69), or engage in anal sex. Actually, there are more girls who are prepared to engage in anal sex than one might imagine. I read recently (on the Internet) that it was rare. Anyone who tells you this cannot be trusted. It may be best negotiated as the initial contract expires (and it depends upon which part of the red light district that you choose). She might suggest an eye-watering amount. Whatever the price, it can be very special. At the end of the day, it comes down to what the client is prepared t0 pay, but €30 - €50 (including extra time) is realistic. Personally I would not negotiate it at the door, but according to the girls, many customers do try this. One problem I can foresee is that at the door they have no idea what they are letting themselves in for.
Cunnilingus will almost certainly be charged as an extra. It makes sense to negotiate this as part of an extra fifteen minutes, not part of the original fifteen; for example, "€100 for half an hour, positions and 69." As a rule of thumb, once a girl has been licked in the 69 position she might agree to being licked in other positions.
Sometimes the girls will allow/encourage clients to bring them to orgasm during oral sex (it's probably a case of if the face fits).
